The new Radeon RX 560 is built on the same graphics chip as last year's RX 460, but with a full rather than cut down number of micro-cores - 1024 instead of 896 pcs (10 percent increase in FPS in games). However, most RX 460 models can be unlocked by themselves by flashing the BIOS.

In order to fully unlock the overclocking potential of the RX 560 Gaming OC 4G, Gigabyte engineers decided not to limit themselves to power only through the PCI-E x16 bus and added a 6-pin connector. Thanks to this, the graphics card will certainly not crash frequencies due to a lack of power supply. You don't have to be afraid of exceeding the temperature limit either: a cooler with two fans for removing heat from a 75-watt chip is enough for the eyes.

Here and now

In modern games at FullHD resolution and at least low or even medium graphics settings, the RX 560 produces more than comfortable 45-60 FPS. Similar results are given by the 2 GB GeForce GTX 1050 and the 4 GB GTX 1050 Ti. We recommend the Gigabyte RX 560 Gaming OC 4G for building an entry-level gaming PC with a total low-cost of up to $400. However in a year or two such performance may not be enough.
