Arrived defective, there are artifacts of varying degrees of hardness, from fleeting stripes or squares to complete noise in the entire screen
You may ask why I am so sure that it is the card that is problematic, so here it is
1) Tried a different cable
2) Tried other connectors on the Monica
3) Tried other connectors on the card
4) And of course I tried to insert another card and then the problem went away
Passed it in for service
After three weeks of diagnostics from the MTI service, which is recommended by Gigabyte UA, I was informed that no defects were found. However, when I asked if they had seen the video I sent, they said no. Despite the claims of the Rozetka store about video transmission, after three weeks of diagnostics they did not even unpack the box with the video card and simply stated that there were no defects. This is an unacceptable level of service from a service center and the infamous manufacturer GIGABYTE. After contacting the GIGABYTE representative, I was offered to simply send the video card and the entire computer to the service again. This essentially means another three weeks of waiting. It’s not clear how I can work and earn money if my computer is in service. Overall, the service experience was just terrible! I do not recommend this product or the manufacturer in general.
