The Severin barbecue grill can be called a universal device, as it is designed for use both outdoors and at home. However, its design differs from most classic grills. The device consists of a base and a stainless steel grate, like a real outdoor barbecue and grill. Products are fried in the open air - the device does not have a lid. But there are 8 cm high sides that protect from wind and dust if cooking takes place outside.

A snake-shaped heating element is located under the grate, which ensures uniform heating of the entire surface. And this is an area measuring 44.5x26 cm, with enough space for large portions and even different dishes. Severin PG 8565 is also equipped with a tray, which is installed under the grate and heating element. This is where excess oil and fat drains during cooking. The manufacturer also recommends filling this pan with water to reduce the amount of smoke and odors, since the grill does not have a lid. The entire design is modular, the main parts are easily removable, which greatly facilitates cleaning. Power is 2200 W. There is only one rotary switch on the body to adjust the heating temperature. It has a convenient indication: at low temperatures the ring lights up blue, at high temperatures it lights up red.
