We have a small apartment and a very small kitchen. So when my husband and I started planning a major renovation of it, we had a lot to think about. They decided to abandon the gas stove and install a small-sized hob with two burners, and the space under it became an additional cabinet. But I didn’t want to give up the oven completely. My husband advocated for buying a microwave, but I was already against it. If you are not in the know, then read the results of studies that study the effect of microwaves on proteins and the biological value of products in general. In fact, a microwave oven is an excellent tool for turning healthy and vitamin-rich foods into elegant and quickly prepared compound feed. I don’t even need such happiness for free. But we bought this separate mini-oven. It turned out to be a little expensive, but a very useful thing in the kitchen. The small one takes up almost no space. Despite its small volume (only 12 liters), it has three operating modes, that is, it can act as a regular oven, heat dishes and brown them with a grill. The first mode works great, in practice it turned out that even in such a small volume you can prepare many different kinds of goodies, including a full-fledged flour extract. In addition, it is convenient to make toast and my husband’s favorite hot sandwiches. The second mode partially replaces that same microwave. Yes, it’s not that fast at all, but the food doesn’t suffer and the full set of vitamins is preserved. The oven maintains the temperature quite precisely, the thermal insulation is good. There is a timer with a duration of up to two hours and automatic shut-off. The grill somehow doesn't work very well. More often than not, the surface that you want to grill simply dries out with an unappetizing crust. I still missed the mark with the volume; I should have taken at least 20 liters. |
