My wife and I decided to buy an electric oven. We live in an apartment with an electric stove and we didn’t have an oven at all. The previous owners didn’t worry about this, but we wanted to. My wife knows how to make great baked goods, but she had nothing to cook with. But personally, I wanted a grill and spit. Grilled chicken is one of my favorite dishes and making it at home would be very convenient. We started looking at the models and it became clear that it wouldn’t be a cheap purchase. There are inexpensive models of such stoves and they look nice... but only from the outside. And inside there are thin sticks of heating elements, metal that looks more like foil, and other delights of budget and lousy Chinese-made equipment. Paying money for something like this means not respecting yourself. Therefore, we chose this model from the famous Italian brand De'Longhi.
The oven works great with dough. My wife is happy and now I have a problem - how not to gain excess weight in winter. Large pie and small pies, casseroles, cheesecakes, pretzels and bagels, as well as cake layers and cookies - this is a short and incomplete list of what has come out of this oven over the past two months. Apparently, my wife needs to quickly find a job, otherwise she’s developing culinary excesses from sitting at home)) The advantages include high power and heating speed, a cool solution with a diagonal spit arrangement, a non-heating double glass door and a defrosting mode.
The spit turned out to be an ugly story. The volume of the chamber is small and the distance from the spit to the tray or to the upper heating element is modest. As a result, a medium-sized chicken can barely fit only after the most severe shibari (tying) on a spit. Otherwise, it stupidly catches the upper heating element with its wings or legs and chicken fat begins to burn on it. If you do not turn on the hood at full speed, then this fat will spoil the air in the entire apartment.

А где видео? в описании она хороша,но в описании я посмотрела и духовку СТЕБА ЭКО 28, в описании все ОК ,а просмотрев несколько видео разочаровалась,потому,что цена высокая а сляпана и та и другая в Китае

У меня с выпечкой - проблема. Верх - горит, а если верх-норм, то низ - сырой. Расстроилась.
