Coffee oil cleaner

— specialized products for cleaning the brewing units of coffee machines from coffee oils and fats.

Coffee beans, among other things, contain compounds that are poorly soluble in water and tend to settle on parts of the brewing unit and the coffee path. Such deposits not only impair the taste of the resulting drink, but also reduce the life of the equipment; and ordinary washing does not completely eliminate such contamination. That is why it is highly desirable (and for models with a built-in brewing device — almost mandatory) to periodically clean using special tools. Such products are often supplied in tablets, which simplifies dosage, and the specific features of the procedure are highly dependent on the design of the coffee maker: in some models, it is enough to “charge” the tablet instead of a portion of ground coffee and run the standard programme several times, in others you have to use special modes and even resort to specific perks.
