Zinc

— a trace element contained in the body in an amount of about 2 – 3 grams, but which is part of many hormones and other biologically significant substances. Zinc, in particular, is necessary for the normal functioning of the immune system and memory, proper cell growth and repair, tissue regeneration, and good hair and nails. In addition, zinc is important for the reproductive function of the male body and for the normal bearing of children. The lack of this microelement leads to a decrease and imbalance of immunity (the first leads to frequent colds, the second to allergies), to a deterioration in memory and visual acuity, as well as hair loss.

Separately, we note that zinc is of particular importance for athletes — full-fledged anabolism is impossible without it. So when training for bodybuilding, you can’t do without an increased intake of zinc.

In preparations of this type, zinc can be combined with calcium and magnesium — such a "bundle" is well absorbed by the body. Recall that calcium is necessary for building and strengthening bone tissue, and magnesium is necessary for the nervous system and proper energy and electrolyte metabolism in the muscles.
