Working modes:
  • Heating from above + heating from below (traditional mode):
    With simultaneous heating from above and below, you can cook any dish. In the traditional mode (sometimes called the heat radiation mode), it is advisable not to cook several dishes at the same time. Perfect for all roasts, pastries and pies. Indispensable for cooking fatty meat, goose, duck.
  • Small grill:
    Heat is radiated only by the central part of the heating element. The mode is used for cooking small portions of meat, fish, croutons, etc.
  • Grill:
    The heat emitted by a special heating element located at the top of the oven allows you to cook small and medium-sized pieces of meat first, like on a grill. If there is a spit, with its help the dish can be brought to readiness and browned. Perfect for cooking sausages, ribs and bacon.
  • Fan + grill:
    The air blown by the fan softens the heat of the grill element. At the same time, even large pieces of meat are fried very well. Perfect for thick cuts of meat such as pork chops.
  • Fan + heating from below (soft mode):
    With the simultaneous operation of the fan and the lower heating element, cooking takes less time. It is recommended for preserving, as well as for bringing to readiness dishes baked on the outside and not baked on the inside, if high heat from above is not required. The perfect mode for any dishes.
  • Fan + heating from above + heating from below:
    The use of a fan in combination with the traditional mode ensures that all the ingredients in complex recipes are cooked to the same degree. Perfect for biscuits and cakes, even if they are baked on different baking sheets at the same time.
  • Eco mode:
    In this mode, the lower heating element and the small grill work alternately in the oven.
  • Fan + fan heating element (fan heating or hot air treatment):
    By turning on the fan and the round heating element at the back of the oven at the same time, you can cook several dishes at the same time on different trays. Naturally, dishes should be selected in such a way that they require the same temperature and the same processing for their preparation. Hot air circulation ensures instant and even heat distribution. This mode can be used, for example, to cook fish, vegetables and biscuits at the same time, without any of the dishes absorbing the smells of other dishes.
  • Heating from below (bringing dishes to readiness):
    Heating from below is necessary for good baking of the dish without the formation of a crust on top. Perfect mode for pies, pie and pizza
  • Fan + fan heating element + heating from above + heating from below (thermal ventilation mode):
    Traditional fan-assisted cooking speeds up the simultaneous cooking of several dishes on different trays, without any of them absorbing the smell of the other. Perfect for cooking large portions that require thorough baking.
  • Fan + small grill:
    Thanks to the operation of the fan and the heat of the central part of the heating element, it is perfect for cooking even small portions (primarily meat). It combines the dietary benefits of grilling with the same degree of cooking when cooked with hot air.
