The Patriot P210 is an affordable 256GB SATA 3 SSD based on a low-cost controller and Micron's classic 64-layer 3D TLC NAND Flash. It is oriented by the manufacturer towards the low-cost segment, but even at its low price, it provides a fivefold system acceleration compared to a conventional HDD. The speeds here are traditional for modern solid-state drives operating on the SATA 3 bus: up to 400 MB / s while writing and up to 500 MB / s when reading files.
Fans of computer games will also like the drive — the fastest possible start of the gameplay and completely imperceptible dynamic loading of parts of the open game world gives a serious advantage over conventional hard drives and at the same time does not lag too far behind high-speed NVMe SSDs. But the speed of working with random blocks in the Patriot P210 is not so impressive (50 and 30K IOPS when reading and writing), so this is not the best candidate for working with conditional databases or compiling. SMART and TRIM technologies are supported.

it's been about a year of using the ssd disk and Victoria says that the average reading speed is 90-100 mbs. tin. my old hdd is about the same parameters price. reading speed dropped |
I took it for a laptop, under Windows, to replace a tired hard one, after pouring Windows disk space in fact shows 238 GB of course I started to google - why? it turned out that the rest is a reserve, and this is the norm for all SSDs. I downloaded and installed DiskMark, and it's strange here! Shows reading 470 and writing 420, that is, reading below the declared 500, but writing higher. I also wanted to see the temperature, but it turned out that there was no temperature sensor in it, most likely they cut it out to make it cheaper. still a problem for many SSDs, and this one is no exception - after the disk was 70% full, the read and write speed dropped to 200 on average The price, I took it at a discount in telemart, they gave a guarantee for 3 years.
