An elegant and reliable built-in hob with Hi-Light electric heating zones (including a special expandable FishZone oval configuration), practical touch controls and automatic boiling. Positioned as a mid-price product in 2018, aimed at a wide range of users who prefer traditional electric heating. Hi-Light heating elements provide an energetic temperature increase and quickly reach maximum power.
The cooling of the glass-ceramic worktable can be monitored using built-in residual heating indicators. Convenient Touch Control allows you to adjust all operating parameters, including power, with one finger. Each burner of the Gorenje ECS 648 BCSC electric hob supports eight levels of heating intensity, which allows you to implement a variety of cooking scenarios. There are 4 heating zones in total: one expandable (180/210 mm with a power of 2.1/3.0 kW), one oval (170X265 mm and a power of 1.5/2.4 kW) and two standard (145 mm, 1200 W ). The StayWarm mode maintains the temperature of prepared foods at the optimal level (70 °C), and the StopGo function allows you to pause cooking at any time and then quickly resume the surface with the same settings.
