The Gorenje induction hob represents the Simplicity brand line, for all representatives of which the manufacturer claims a stylish design, a high level of convenience and a balanced price-quality ratio. The model received a glass-ceramic surface in black, and the work area and the SmartControl touch control panel are slightly different in shade and texture. Among the four proposed heating zones, there is one small (16 cm and 1.4 kW), two standard (18 cm and 1.4 kW) and one large (21 cm and 2.3 kW) burners.

The representative of the Simplicity line first of all stands out for its stylish design. The glass-ceramic surface is black, but the shade and texture of the working area is different from the touch control panel.

Induction advantages
The hob received four induction burners. They quickly heat the dishes, instantly respond to power changes, practically do not heat up themselves, reducing the risk of burns. And the only "but" is associated with the need to use compatible dishes — with ferromagnetic properties.
The smallest heating zone (diameter 16 cm) is located at the front right. Its power is 1.4 kW. Two identical 18 cm burners are on the left. And behind the right there was a place for a large heating zone (21 cm) for 2.3 kW. Thanks to the PowerBoost function, a temporary increase in power is possible. Accordingly, for a small burner — up to 1.85 kW, for medium ones — up to 2.1 kW, and for a large one — up to 3 kW.
Even easier to cook
Gorenje IT 643 SYB has a Stop&Go pause mode and a BridgeZone bridge. The latter will combine the two left burners into one large oblong heating zone. Also implemented automatic boiling, the function of keeping warm StayWarm and melting SoftMelt (for butter or chocolate, as well as gentle defrosting of products).
All heating zones support autofocus, that is, they themselves adjust to the size and current position of the kitchen utensils. But note that dishes with a diameter of less than 9 cm (for example, a small Turk) will not heat up here.
