I recommend to buy! Great budget cooler.

I bought myself this cooler for the Ryzen 2600. Although the box cooler blows, the temperatures did not suit me, plus the main problem is noise. At a load of 100% in stock without overclocking in a stress test, the temperatures reached 75 degrees and the cooler speed was 2600. In office mode, the processor warmed up to 45.
Deepcool is a completely different story. First, it's a tower. The cooler itself is ventilated, it is in the flow between two case coolers for blowing in and out. Which is already a big plus. The second is 120 mm. And this is silence. The maximum speed is 1600 rpm, and even in this mode, no noise is heard, plus the hydrodynamic bearing. Third - three heat pipes and a polished heel - better contact with the processor, greater heat intake and removal. By the way, the thermal paste is already smeared. It's even easier here. Took off the old one, put on the new one. Well, a beautiful blue backlight reveals the potential of the PC more :)
As for the temperatures, in my case it was about 60 degrees in the test. At idle, respectively, 30-35 degrees. I am completely satisfied with the result.
Of the minuses, this is an installation on an AM4 socket. It was dumb to press down on the motherboard, although there is a backplate. But it's not critical, it's great. Plus, I ground the cooler and processor a little so that the paste spreads better. Cooling village as cast.
I advise you to buy. The cooler is inexpensive, does its job perfectly.
