Подойдёт ли к Sata2 (SATA II) #

Ноут старенький , и имеет подключение sata2 , а нормальных hdd на sata2 нет. Я видел ,что вроде можно вставить диск с sata3 в разъём sata2 но решил поинтересоваться тут.
