Good, but there are flaws
  
i didn’t compare it with other stabilizers, but I’m not very happy with this, there are drawbacks. maybe they are not in the top versions. In short, it cuts out for me when the hood fan in the tubzik turns on. I don’t know how it is connected, maybe some reactive currents, I don’t know. But you can’t turn on the hood, otherwise the light will knock out throughout the house. not always, but in most cases. And the MOST IMPORTANT thing is that the fan is not turned on through the stabilizer! Another drawback, it sometimes turns on forced cooling, although the load is minimal. apparently, it is also somehow connected with what devices are turned on through it. Still, there is a feeling that the steps could be done better. I can be wrong in my observations, but at the input 203, for example, for some reason it increases to 230. It turns out an overpayment for the light. But I think that for 8 steps and such a range this is not bad

I think that for a small private house this is the most suitable option. With it, there is no longer a problem of buggy automation of a gas boiler, the lights do not blink, they shine evenly and brightly, the computer starts normally. In general, for a situation where power engineers cannot guarantee the quality parameters of the network, this is a real lifesaver.
The most important thing for such a device is the quality of stabilization and the ability to pull a powerful load. Despite the leapfrog that the voltmeter shows at the input, I have stable output from 210 to 225 volts, that is, almost ideal parameters. In terms of load capacity, it is potentially strong, but more than 6 kilowatts of long-term power was not loaded on it. At 6 kilowatts there was a slight heating, but no more. Works completely silently. Reliably protects against surges and sudden power surges. There is protection against short circuit and overcurrent. Long official guarantee.
Heavy. Indicating power in VA is such a light method of deceiving buyers. After all, not everyone is aware that in order to recalculate this figure into watts familiar to us, we need to multiply it by a reduction factor equal to 0.8. But then you will not get a beautiful figure of 12000VA, but there will be only 9600 watts. Moreover, a couple of kilowatts need to be minus for a power reserve. So it turns out something about 7 kW. True, I must admit that this is also a lot. This is enough for our house, we are not even close to the seven-kilowatt line.

Tell me, is it only me who, when I see the Ukrtechnologiya trademark, immediately recalls Chinese manufacturers? ))) Well, that's a stupid name! But they have good stabilizers. I bought this one for my parents at home. The house is within the city, the water supply and sewerage are urban, the energy consumption is relatively small, but there are critical devices for which normal voltage is vital. First of all, this is a heating boiler, a refrigerator and a freezer, as well as a small CNC machine, with which the father runs his small business of manufacturing precision mechanics for watch repair. Knowing the famous reliability of the Chinese, I decided to play it safe and bought a stabilizer with almost a double margin.
This is a rather large, heavy and powerful stabilizer that works according to a triac circuit. That is, just like in relay models, there is an autotransformer with several windings, but instead of relay mechanical switching, powerful semiconductor switches - triacs are used here. So switching is faster and without any sound. The stabilization accuracy is acceptable, I did not see numbers below 210 volts on the output voltage indicator, although the output at these moments was about 165 volts. If necessary, you can turn on the transit mode, that is, connect the output directly to the input.
This is a household stabilizer and according to the passport it is designed for 9000 VA loads, but on household appliances you will hardly find power in volt * amperes, it is usually indicated in watts. And not everyone knows about the coefficient for conversion equal to 0.8. There is a low hum of the autotransformer at a high, more than 4 kW, load.
