A very good router for the money. Now I have something to compare with. Worked for more than 2 years. There are no complaints about the stability of the connection. I used the latest version of the firmware, and also set reboot once a week in the settings. But I did not connect many devices at the same time, maybe 4-5 at most. The apartment is small, so I can't say anything bad about the coverage. During power outages, the consumption is quite low - 3-4 W together with the onu terminal. Recently, I bought the supposedly more "advanced" model AX55 Pro (consumption 6-9W), since I changed the tariff plan to 1Gbit, and C64 via 5GHz wi-fi gave approximately 600-650 Mbit/c at maximum and 300-500 usually. I wanted stable 850-900 on wifi. In fact, the AX55 Pro is more than three times more expensive, twice as much, the admin is buggy and sluggish, the reboot takes much longer, and the +- speed is the same. Measured both on a device that supports wifi5 and wifi6. Also, judging by the speed measurements, the smart connect function (automatic selection of the mode between 2.4 and 5 GHz) does not work quite correctly, choosing 2.4 GHz, while the laptop is a meter away from the router, due to which the speed is no more than 80 Mbit. I did not notice such problems with the C64 router. I bought this router to replace the old TL-WR741ND, which is already outdated in everyone’s minds. Having been honored with this simple design and simplicity of adjustment. Gigabit ports can only be used locally, since the tariff plan from the provider is less than 100 Mbit/s, but I can confirm that the stated speed is provided. There is also Wi-Fi, data transmission speed over 5 GHz is around 80 Mb/s. It was amazing to be able to create up to 6 Wi-Fi limits! (mainly, guest and IoT in the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands). For the satisfaction of a great private wake-up call, you want to have a few dead zones in places where the signal is weak. Overall, I'm happy with the router, I hope it lasts for a long time! A decent router with a gigabit internet connection doesn't have to cost a fortune. At an affordable price, you can purchase the TP-LINK Archer C64 - the model will fit for an apartment, a relatively small private house and a SOHO-class office.
Compact body
The device turned out to be very compact - the dimensions of its body are 120x120x28 mm. Only four non-removable antennas increase the dimensions of the router (two for each range). The model provides throughput up to 300 Mbps at 2.4 GHz and up to 800 Mbps when using a carrier frequency of 5 GHz. Works TP-LINK Archer C64 with Wi-Fi class AC1200.
Technological "chips"
All ports and buttons are located on the back of the router case - this is a power connector, one WAN, four LANs and a WPS / reset button.
