What follows is complete trash!! An excellent device arrived and everything is fine. I welded railings for my house, everything turned out beautifully, it works great. Except that the welding sleeve melted from the inside. I have never seen anything like this before (I have experience in various welding, I finished my courses and worked a little). I called them and explained the situation and they switched me to the technical department: They listened, I made a video and sent it to them! As a result, an incomprehensible person began to tell me that I was using it incorrectly, literally: - not for the intended purpose!!! There was no answer to my questions about why the hose was made of fusible material! Only that I ruined the hose myself. They said they would call back. Nobody dialed. No one even offered to buy a new sleeve!!! I might buy it. As a result, the swing lasted two weeks. I called, yes, we’ll sort it out now and in the end it’s completely freezing again!! They don't care about the warranty either!! Finally, I got through to a person who said send it and we will replace the hose for you under warranty. I've posted ! 5 days passed, they took him away and it was freezing again. I call to find out when they will fix it and return it, and I am told it will be paid! You will pay - the creature from the technical department tells me (by the way)! It's a pity that it's not in Kyiv. And so, after a long conversation using vocabulary, they called me back and said that okay, we’ll fix it. Spa Processed quickly!
