A powerful hand blender from a French brand renowned for the quality of its products. Part of the 2018 Tefal Quickchef family, featuring high performance products with a durable, removable steel stem. Thanks to its special blade geometry, the sharp four-blade Powelix Blade delivers impressive performance and confidently cuts through the toughest products. It is made of high quality stainless steel, which remains completely inert even when in contact with strong food organic acids found in lemons, oranges, pineapples, tomatoes, etc.
The high domed roof of the protective hemisphere prevents ingredients from splashing and after using the Tefal HB 656 blender, the kitchen work surface / walls remain clean. It is also equipped with a small bowl for grinding (volume 500 mL), a large measuring cup with markings (up to 800 mL) and a whisk for whipping egg whites, cream and kneading batter for pancakes. Impressive torque for the operation of the device creates a motor unit with a 1000 W DC motor. To select the optimal speed of rotation of the knives, an intuitive 20-position regulator is provided. All parts of the blender, except for the motor and mechanical gear assembly, can be washed in an automatic dishwasher.

Whisks for whipping in submersible blenders are not clear to me, sorry - well, they won’t replace a mixer (it has at least two of them - and I’m talking about whisks, of course), not the same effect, not that whipping speed, not that power (for easy cream, beat eggs for an omelette - yes, but no more). A chopper can also be a disadvantage for those who want to chop a handful of dried fruits (I wanted to grind 50 g of raisins and 50 g of nuts for oatmeal cookies - I added more oatmeal so that there was volume and succumbed to grinding; sesame will not take exactly, like almonds for cooking vegetable milk) or 1 kg of meat (for a long time, not convenient, so for large portions definitely an electric meat grinder) and you definitely won’t get powder - for this there is already a coffee grinder and other devices. The chopper was also of great importance to me, since I had to grind small portions of meat for baby steam cutlets, meatballs, etc. and the blender does this, of course, in great detail - up to a fine paste-like mass (but you need to remove the cores, films, etc.). I also use it for grinding dried fruits, nuts, oatmeal for making cookies.
The presence of a speed controller is also a must-have for young mothers, since a growing child no longer needs a constant state of mashed potatoes, but you can create a product of a less homogeneous consistency - the state of small lumps, then it immediately becomes tastier and more interesting for the baby to see even very small, but already pieces of food - checked.
And although Tefal pans, in my opinion, are no longer the same as they were at the beginning and you will definitely pay for the brand, but I recommend this blender with pleasure as a young mother with a little more than a year of experience.
