The Steba ED 5 electric dryer from a well-known German manufacturer is designed for seasonal harvesting and long-term preservation of fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs and much more. The model with small overall dimensions of 28.5x33.5x26.5 cm, having a stainless steel and black plastic case, differs from analogues in its rectangular shape and low weight of only 2.5 kg. For drying, 5 deep trays made of transparent food-grade plastic with dimensions of 32x25x5 cm are used, which allow placing up to 12 liters of products in a total volume.
