The device is based on the proprietary LCoS (Liquid Crystal on Silicon) reflective matrix technology, which is capable of providing a high-quality high-contrast image with a true native resolution of 4096x2160, the detail of which is more than 4 times higher than that of conventional FullHD matrices.

The advantages of the model also include support for outputting 3D video (active technology) and video with a high dynamic range (HDR), which guarantees high realism of content in HDR10 and HLG formats. The Sony VPL-VW5000ES projector supports Motionflow technology, which interpolates additional intermediate frames for smoother and clearer dynamic motion. Excellent colour reproduction is guaranteed with reliable coverage of the DCI-P3 and BT.2020 colour spaces.

The high-performance laser light source based on Z-Phosphor technology provides brightness up to 5000 lumens and allows you to enjoy a high-quality picture even without dense shading. The long service life of the laser LED source is sufficient for many years of daily use. The settings for fully motorized focus, zoom and lens shift in two planes can be stored in the device's memory (5 profiles).
