An electric grill is by no means an essential appliance, but for lovers of tasty and aromatic meat, it is a real must-have. The only thing that can compete with it is a real charcoal grill, and even then the competition is very conditional - there is no way to bring real coals into the kitchen, but an electric double-sided grill quietly and without unnecessary noise takes its well-deserved place in our kitchen. The first thing to note is, of course, the taste of steaks cooked on it. Not only beef or pork turns out incredibly tasty, juicy and damn appetizing (we fry it well, no blood!), but also turkey, chicken, fish, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, and other vegetables. My wife often makes delicious hot sandwiches in the morning. In general, from a culinary point of view, the device turned out to be very useful. Secondly, it has an affordable price. Not everyone has the money for a Bosch or Tefal with price tags going through the roof for 3-4 thousand hryvnia, but this model is available to almost any family. Yes, probably, expensive branded models have many more bells and whistles, automatic settings and built-in assistants, and they probably also heat more evenly, but you won’t feel much of a difference in the taste of the cooked products. The grill is easy to use, the plates have a non-stick coating, and there is a tray for collecting fat and meat juice. You can cook up to 4 medium-sized steaks at a time. For some reason, the manufacturer decided to save on the cable that connects the top part of the grill to the bottom, so when the top plate is raised to the maximum, that same cable interferes with its normal pressing. So, despite the fact that theoretically the grill can fry even thick pieces, in practice this is not possible. It is not easy to clean and wash; although the coating is non-stick, the fat does not disappear by itself. |
