Since I often bake, and with the purchase of a new oven I am going to switch to baking homemade bread, I needed a dough mixer like air. We live outside the city, so the idea of bread is not just a whim. In addition, the bread, which I sometimes make with my hands, is very popular with my husband and children. My husband picked up several interesting and noteworthy options on the net, and after discussion, we ordered such a food processor. This is not a "pure dough mixer", but we didn't have a blender in the kitchen either, so we tried to combine these functions in one device. I have been using the combine as a dough mixer for the second month already and I can say that I am very pleased with it. Not everything turned out right away, at first there were fails, the dough was very sticky to the surface of the bowl, it happened that the lumps did not want to stir. But it happens in any difficult case. But now everything is in order. If you prepare all the products for kneading the same bread in advance, then the time for mixing and averaging will take no more than 10, maximum 12 minutes. When compared with manual kneading, this results in about a three- or even four-fold time savings. And you can’t count the savings in strength, messing with the dough is not easy and physically. The bowl is impressive, about 1600-1700 grams in one run it is processed without problems. In addition to dough attachments, there is also a whisk for whipping. Cream and egg whites are airy and very tasty. The blender is small, the full volume of the bowl is only one and a half liters, which means that the volume that can be prepared at a time is no more than 550-600 ml. This is hardly enough for my children, I'm not talking about myself or my husband. |
