Отличный трекер для тех, кто только хочет начать бегать. Он помог мне поднять пятую точку с дивана и начать готовиться к полумарафону. Точность дистанции примерно отстает на 8%. В целом как продвинутый трекер для замера дневной активности + полноценный спортивный помощник и тренер пойдет. Раньше носил постоянно: измерял дневную активность, сон и составлял графики. Сейчас одеваю только на тренировки - с таким режимом его хватает на 2 недели (4 тренировки в неделю). Думаю менять его на что-то от Garmin. Широкий функционал для бега

Не стоит путать фитнес–трекеры и умные часы. Эти устройств лишь немного напоминают друг друга, но задачу у них разные. Я покупал именно фитнес-трекер и этот девайс полностью отвечает моим запросам. Меряет шаги, пульс и вообще способен оценивать всю дневную физическую нагрузку. Если добавить к этому продвинутый алгоритм расчета сжигания калорий, то выходит почти идеальный аппарат для человека который хочет похудеть, то есть для меня. Пульсометр использую на тренировках в зале, шагомер использую для оценки нагрузки при вечерних прогулках. Кроме этого он еще и во сне работает и способен собирать информацию про качество такого вида отдыха. Ремешок очень приятный к телу и легкосъемный. Застежка мягка, но держит хорошо. Может соединяться со смартфоном и получать от него уведомления по самым разным вопросам. Аккумуляторная батарея отличная, без подзарядки может проработать около недели. Неплохо защищен от попадания воды и ударов, что со спортивными вещами случалось и не раз. Экран низкого разрешения с 80 на 160 точек. На фона эпловских вотчей с их тремя сотнями точек на дюйм, все намного скромнее. И хотя картинки родных приложений созданы так, чтобы отображаться нормально даже на таком "слабом экране", но характерные лесенки все равно встречаются. Пластиковый ремешок хорош и крепок, но он чудовищно быстро пачкается. Особенно сильно цепляются к его поверхности разного рода волокна и хлопковая пыль. Те есть случалась ситуация когда утром ремешок смотрелся образцово, а к вечеру имел совершенно бомжацкий вид. |

You can control all the functions of the fitness tracker and even control the main activity statistics directly from the display, which will help with convenient navigation and visibility. The bracelet capsule is protected from water at a depth of up to 30 metres, which allows you to swim with a wearable gadget.
The battery life with average intensity of use (24/7 activity monitoring and daily training with heart rate measurement) is almost 2 weeks. To charge the core, you need to get it out of the bracelet, then remove the special miniature plug on the case, which is inconvenient to remove and easy to lose, and then connect the microUSB.
The Polar A360 looks more impressive than the Garmin Vivosmart HR competitor and is slightly more comfortable to drive. But it does not measure heart rate all the time, but only during training or on request. These two bracelets have a comparable price, so if you don’t need a constant heart rate measurement, then the stylish design and bright display of the Finnish brand model should be the deciding factor.
