- Image quality and pixel shift, which, in addition to honest detailing, adds another 1.5 DD stops and makes the edges look like record-breaking rubber. Perhaps only the 100 megapixel Phase One and Hasel with a 53 * 40 mm sensor have a larger DD. - Price - Tamropentax 15-30 2.8 is not bad at all. This is the best thing that could happen to Shirik's vacant position in this system. And since the camera is designed for landscapes, this is a definite plus. - Write speed to flash drive is about 28 MB/sec. That's horrible.
- Autofocus is for static only. It seems to me that I’ll trust my old 10-year-old Canon 40D more in tracking than this monster. - There is very little optics. Guys, I’m talking about really good modern optics, not about these manual “legends” of yours from the 70s and overrated screwdriver lenses from the 90s use Pentax K-1 body few months |

Thanks to pixel shift, the camera can provide impeccable image quality in static scenes. The camera is very convenient, has many different unique features on board, and is tailored to image quality. But in terms of speed, everything is very bad. For intensive work with people, for dynamics, it is worse than any FF DSLR released in the last 8 years. In general, despite some innovations and the fact that this is the first FF from the company, it is the most typical Pentax.
Please note that there are only one or two modern lenses available for it. Of the really suitable ones, there are only 15-30 2.8. The 70-200 they released was frankly crap. 24-70 is not bad, but not ideal, it is more of a “workhorse” than a lens designed to provide maximum quality. So it’s worth looking at sigmas, at manual samyangs, and even patiently waiting for revelations from Pentax. There is also, in principle, a good makrushnik 100 2.8. It is protected, but has the old "vacuum cleaner" design and screwdriver AF. In general, if you are a “slow” photographer, if you can always pacify the subject of your shooting, or if it doesn’t move at all, if your number of takes during a shooting day does not amount to thousands - then this is your camera, it is one of the most convenient and at the same time It’s the same time for inexpensive bodies, and as a bonus - a top-end picture for 35mm.
