The OCPC MFL-300 is a versatile M.2 NVMe SSD from a young American manufacturer. It uses a PCIe 3.0 interface to achieve full speed. Unlike PCIe 4.0, this interface is supported by Ryzen G APUs, older Intel Core processors even up to the sixth generation Skylake, and power efficient Pentium Silver processors.

The device is capable of reaching speeds up to 3300MB/s for sequential reads and 3000MB/s for writing large files. This is five times faster than conventional SATA SSDs and almost maximizes the bandwidth of the PCIe 3.0 interface. However, random processing of small files reaches 110 thousand input/output operations per second (IOPS), which is twice as fast as SATA SSD.
