The Nitecore headlamp is a great companion for joggers, cyclists, rescuers, as well as during various repairs, hiking and outdoor activities. It comes with a headband with a curved arm that securely fixes the flashlight and is comfortable to wear. The device itself is quite compact, but durable: the body is made of aerospace aluminium alloy and complemented by a protective layer of military-grade anodization.
As a result, it is shockproof, withstands drops from a height of up to 2 meters, is not afraid of water, as evidenced by the degree of protection IP68 (immersion to a depth of 2 meters is allowed), and is resistant to corrosion. For more efficient work, the Nitecore HC65 V2 has three LEDs: the main Luminus SST-40 with the highest power rating, a red LED and a warm CRI diode with a high color rendering index.
The maximum brightness emitted by the main LED is 1750 lumens, and the maximum glow range reaches 165 meters. The battery is powered by a 18650 3500 mAh battery, which is included in the package. It is charged via the USB Type-C port from the mains or any portable chargers: Power Bank, solar panels, car adapters, etc. It takes about 2 hours to fully charge, but one battery charge can last up to 800 hours of battery life. True, this indicator is achieved only in the minimum power mode, the higher the brightness, the less the autonomy of the device will be.
