I've been using a smartphone for a little over two years. During all this time, there were no failures or even breakdowns of this smartphone, although it passed quite serious tests (a month of orienteering, recording a track, taking photographs, etc. in the mountains of Nepal). True, I don’t play games, I don’t use social networks, I practically don’t use Skype or video calls. i like almost everything about it: size, screen, quality of communication and navigation, battery life, camera and sound. I haven’t noticed any shortcomings other than those that are purely specific to Windows 10 Mobile.
EXCEPT ONE! The Ukrainian version of the Lumia 550 cannot work on 4G networks! Although on the packaging box on all its labels, in advertising brochures and stores they say the opposite. It turns out that this smartphone is available in three versions: Kazakh (LTE is available), Russian (LTE is available) and Ukrainian (LTE is not). This is stated in the attached leaflets “Information on Product Certification”. There is no information about this in the smartphone itself. This, of course, is not a drawback of the device, it is a deception of buyers by sellers. That is, the reliability of the device’s characteristics can only be confirmed by the smartphone itself. The phone is simply HORRIBLE!!! I don’t recommend it to anyone! You can’t find a phone case anywhere, except in online stores, and not all of them are of high quality! The phone cover is cracked and the paint is falling off! The quality of the photos is bad! There is nothing good about this phone! But the price is right!
