This is a real professional tool and although, objectively, I am still an amateur in the kitchen, such a powerful and technically advanced machine is very useful and helps in many processes. The combine is multifunctional with a large number of attachments, add-ons and attachments. I most often use its capabilities for kneading dough, as a powerful meat grinder and as a shredder. I must say that in all these guises he is equally magnificent. It handles dough of any consistency effortlessly, the meat grinder, thanks to its powerful engine, chops any meat and more, and the shredder pleases with very fast and high-quality slicing. Moreover, by changing the shredding knives, you can get slices of different sizes and a “grating” shredder of varying degrees of thickness. Very convenient and saves a lot of time. The kit also includes a blender, a citrus press, a small chopper that I adapted for grinding coffee, and even an excellent kitchen scale from Kenwood. The combine was made in China, but the build quality is worthy of any European manufacturer. Two-year warranty. I received a copy with scratches on the metal case. At first I thought about changing them, but they are not very noticeable, so I left them as is. Like any professional equipment, it is really expensive. |
