Powerful washer on wheels for maintenance of industrial and construction sites, meeting the needs of car services and cleaning companies. The unit is equipped with a 4900 W four-pole motor with a three-phase mains connection (400 V). The design of the engine uses ceramic pistons with reduced wear. Also in the "inside" Karcher HD 7 / 18-4 Classic, a performant pump with a crank mechanism is installed.
She has enough strength to pump 700 liters of water per hour. Washing components are designed for long-term non-stop operation. The model supports connection to a water supply system with hot water (up to 60 °C). Powerful flat jet nozzles provide a large coverage area and thorough dirt removal. It's no joke, at the peak of its capabilities, the unit produces a pressure of up to 220 bar. The model has enough storage space for accessories (including the complete fan nozzle and 10 m high pressure hose). Thanks to the well thought-out tubular frame of the trolley and the large wheels, the 56 kg unit is easy to transport to the job site.

No wonder the Germans did not send the production of devices of this level to China, but only produce them in Germany. The pressure at the outlet of the nozzle is adjustable, but the maximum operating pressure in continuous operation is no less than 180 bar, that is, almost 180 atmospheres. At a short distance, such a jet washes away everything that holds a little worse than dead. A special nozzle gives such shock pressure that even paint flies to hell. The device can work exactly as long as the operator can withstand, that is, the iron itself is able to work for hours without a break. Therefore, the design uses not only metals, but also ceramics, from which the pistons are made. A large, nearly five kilowatt motor drives a classic high-pressure pump with a crank mechanism. The water capacity reaches 700 l / h, that is, a powerful jet produces up to 200 ml of water per second. The device is quite heavy, 56 kilograms, but thanks to the well-thought-out device of the tubular frame of the trolley and the large wheels, it is not so difficult to roll it. The gun is comfortable, the jet tube is long, almost a meter, a ten-meter high-pressure hose is enough to reach the desired angles, usually there is even a margin. It makes hellish noise, if hearing is expensive, then it is better to work with headphones. Power supply requires a three-phase connection, which in working conditions, on construction sites creates additional problems. But otherwise it is problematic to feed a 4900 W engine)) |
