I am writing this review for those who want to buy, but do not know if they need it. If you don’t know why you need this camera, then don’t take it. Tk. it is needed for certain content - specific to the CIS market. If you characterize the camera itself in one word, then perhaps it will do - awesome. Awesome because it helps me shoot perfect 180 degree VR footage. If you take van X, then there is no such thing. If we compare these two cameras, then the evo has a built-in battery, while the insta has a removable one. The Evo has an aperture of 2.2, the van X has an aperture of 2.0 - the difference is not big, but at dusk it will be noticeable. There is no display here. But, with van X, you won't be able to shoot 3D content and proper 180-degree VR footage. Of course, the market for such content is underdeveloped, but it is developing. In general, I am satisfied with the camera. The battery lasts for a long time, more than 2 hours. Not buggy. You can take awesome panoramas and 3D photos. Here is a chic stabilization, the quality is close to gopro 7 black. If you think about it and can't choose between this one and van X, then consider the style of shooting and for whom you are shooting. Van X is essentially an action camera, with the ability to shoot in 360 gr. It is easier to manage, there is a removable battery, it is more convenient, lighter. But Evo is basically 2 cameras in one, and insta X is one camera. Filming 3D content. Stunning panoramas, timelapses, hyperlapses. Excellent stabilization. The distortion is not as strong as in van H. Not a removable battery. It doesn’t unfold very conveniently, and the fur of folding the hinge can someday break it. Not a very comfortable design. |
