Imou Turret PoE

Imou's 2023 debut is a mid-range LAN dome security camera designed for outdoor use. Readiness for different weather conditions confirms a decent range of operating temperatures - from -20 to +50 degrees Celsius. On sale there are variations with different fixed focal lengths, so in addition to 2.8 mm models, it can be, for example, 3.6 mm (this aspect should be further clarified before buying).

In any case, the presence of a 2 MP sensor (broadcasting video with Full HD resolution) and IR illumination with a range of up to 30 meters is unchanged. The Imou Turret PoE camera, as the name implies, is capable of transmitting both data and power over a single cable. Also, users will be interested in the PTZ function, setting the area of interest, support for voice feedback (there is both a speaker and a microphone).

Motion detection, which is familiar today, is complemented by human recognition technology, which will increase the effectiveness of the security system. Among other features of the model, it is worth highlighting compatibility with a mobile application (here, real-time viewing is possible, and sending alerts), the presence of a card reader (supports SD cards up to 256 GB), plus it is possible to store a video archive in a proprietary "cloud".
