I have no complaints other than appearance. Smart, high quality, beautiful. The sound is loud and clear. I don’t see the disadvantage of having mono, I compare it with the old one - it’s louder, and no worse, but there’s stereo. Before this I had a Huawei P10 plus, so I wanted the same manufacturer again for a gift. I was very pleased with the old one, but I really didn’t like the phone’s floor-length frames and the black color. What worries me most about this is the glass case, I'm used to a metal one. On January 1, I updated to Android 10. The battery charges very quickly and lasts a long time. The camera is the best, but too realistic, but if you want to improve the photo, then there is a possibility. After they lowered the price, we couldn’t buy this phone, everyone bought up the 8/256 version and ordered it from another city. I would like to listen to other users, especially since I haven’t fully delved into it yet and haven’t explored all the possibilities.

An endless screen, a very beautiful blue color, a camera, sound, a small droplet instead of frames and a unibrow. The best smartphone!

Personally, I don't like the curved screen, the slippery back cover, and the fact that it's not metal. Protruding main camera. Of course the price, but that's relative. In principle there are no disadvantages, these are my personal preferences.

The phone itself is not bad. The camera and battery are great. There is one drawback: for some reason the screen does not lock during a conversation and you can call the second line with your ear while you are talking (or, for example, send photos from your phone to some chat in Viber). This problem with the firmware never went away. This may be due to the fact that there is no physical speaker. But the biggest problem is the service. I have a problem with the screen. In the morning, when I woke up, I saw a black spot on the screen. A couple of weeks later, a bright beam appeared from this spot to the opposite side of the screen. I gave it to the service on December 5, the next day they called and said that it was physical damage (although visually everything was intact, there was no damage to the phone) and they offered to change the display for a “promotion” for 4500 UAH instead of 6500 UAH. They said that the parts were in stock and would be done within 2 days. I agreed. But now the New Year has already arrived, and I’m still without a phone. At first they made a fool of me because they told me not 2 days, but 2 weeks. But nevertheless, almost a month has already passed (I am writing a review on January 1), and I still walk around with a push-button telephone. I think that 1.5 months of waiting is not the limit, since usually no one does anything until January 15th. I will never buy any HUAWEI product again. It was stupid to pay 28,000 UAH for this.
