Модель гриля мы с мужем выбирали внимательно и дотошно. Был опыт сестры, у которой муж купил откровенную китайскую дешевку с ерундой вместо антипригарного покрытия и опыт подруги, отвалившей кучу денег за ультрамодную полуавтоматическую модель от Тефаль со всяким свистоперделками. Мы же приобрели эту фирменную и функциональную, но сравнительно недорогую машинку и, как мне кажется, попали в точку. Первое что мне сразу понравилось, это качество сборки и видимая, просто таки ощущаемая руками надежность. Пластины с антипригарным покрытием толстенькие и тяжеленькие. Я даже не думала, что алюминий моет быть массивным, но оказалось что при достаточной толщине вполне себе может )) Пластины имеют две рабочих стороны. Одна из них рифленая (точнее ребристая), а вторая гладкая. Что делать с гладкой пока не решила, в принципе на ней вполне можно даже яичницу жарить, но зачем, если в сковороде это делать удобнее. А вот рифленая сторона для мяса, овощей, бутербродов и гамбургеров подходит идеально. Полосатая корочка при правильной выдержке получается очень вкусной и даже выглядит крайне аппетитно. Благодаря пяти температурным режимам легко подобрать нужную температуру для любого продукта. Есть и удобный 30-и минутный таймер. В описании и рекламе пишут о том, что жир вообще не разбрызгивается и чуть ли не сам себя убирает. Это не так, брызги есть, хотя их и немного. Они попадают на стол вокруг и совсем немного на ручки. Но самое неприятное, что при открытии крышки на 90 градусов жир может капать с верхней крышки мимо нижней пластины и попадать на заднюю часть корпуса. Бывает это не часто, в основном когда обжаривается достаточно жирное мясо или рыба, но чистить потом приходится и корпус и стол, что неприятно. |
