Combined electric aerator-scarifier (verticutter) with an increased power electric motor. It is a device for mechanical processing of lawns / lawns for the purpose of aeration / cleaning of last year's dry vegetation, fallen leaves and accumulations of moss, which makes it difficult for young grass to feed. It is positioned as a product of the basic price category, intended for use in the local area to improve the condition of decorative/sports lawns of small or medium area (up to 1000 m²).
The HECHT 1848 aerator-scarifier is equipped with a performant and reliable 1800 W air-cooled collector motor. Unlike gasoline models, it does not produce toxic smoky exhaust, which is important in the case of indoor operation. The delivery set includes two interchangeable working shafts: with separate knife elements (20 blades) and with steel spring claws (24 pcs). In the first case, in addition to aeration, the shaft creates shallow cuts in the surface layer of the soil, which contribute to the emergence of new shoots and improve the general condition of the lawn. Depth setting is performed by a synchronous 5-stage central switch. When treating polluted lawns, a 55-liter soft bag is useful, which collects the remains of grass, leaves, dry roots and other debris. For convenience of the operator the handle regulated on height is provided.
