Design

The mixer of the famous Slovenian manufacturer Gorenje attracts attention with its stylish minimalist design, reminiscent of a thermo mug (for example, Tramp TRC-004). The company has a whole series of such household appliances — Ora-Ito, so you can also choose, for example, the Gorenje K 15 ORA electric kettle, the Gorenje B800 ORAW blender or the Gorenje BM 235 ORAW microwave oven so that the appliances in the kitchen are in the same style. In addition, the mixer has an equally attractive version of the Gorenje M400 ORAB in black.

In addition to the design, the device is also easy to use: the buttons are not convex and not tight, they are easy to press, and the flat bottom allows you to put the mixer evenly on the surface during breaks. It is also quite compact: dimensions are 20x10x30 cm, weight — 1.3 kg. But I would like the power cord to be longer — there is only 1 metre.

Power and speed

The power of the mixer is small — 400 W, but this is quite enough for domestic needs. There are 5 speed settings to choose from for products of different hardness and viscosity. At the same time, switching is quite convenient: using the “+” and “—” buttons on the handle.

Two pairs of nozzles

It comes with two stainless steel beaters and two hooks for whipping egg whites, preparing sauces, creams and purees, and for kneading dough. The nozzles themselves are quite long, which will be a definite plus when cooking a large amount of food in deep containers.
