The Esperanza brand iron belongs to the ultra-budget segment, so there are not enough stars from the sky. Its main advantage is its compact size. And although it does not have a folding handle, which is typical for travel models, the iron easily fits in a suitcase and does not take up much space. Its dimensions are 10x10.5x24 cm, and its weight is a little more than 540 g. The device is equipped with a not too long cord (1.4 m), so for convenient use you will most likely need an extension cord.
No steaming
Taking into account the cost, you shouldn’t count on effective ironing of outerwear and thick materials - travel irons usually have low power and are designed to keep clothes looking neat while traveling. However, for such a compact size, the model has a fairly decent power of 1200 W, which ensures that the soleplate heats up quickly. The sole itself has non-stick properties and makes good contact with different types of fabric, so you don’t need to worry about the safety of your favorite things.
However, Esperanza Travel lacks the steaming function, which has already become the norm for classic household and travel irons.
