Simple but tasteful

The food processor of the well-known German manufacturer of household appliances Bosch belongs to the middle price segment and is a fairly simple device with a nice design and a bundle that includes only the most basic attachments. The manufacturer saved on some materials by making the body and container of the blender made of plastic, but, in general, this did not affect the appearance and quality of work. It is equipped with a 3.8L stainless steel bowl that can knead 1.7kg of yeast dough at a time and a transparent lid with a filling hole for adding ingredients. The set includes three attachments: two whisks (volumetric and flatter), as well as a dough hook. Planetary mixing rotates the nozzle and drive at the same time, so the mixer provides a more thorough mixing and does not leave unprocessed ingredients on the walls and bottom of the bowl.

But the possibilities of the model are not limited to only one planetary mixer. Due to the presence of three drives, it allows you to connect other nozzles included in the package. This is a blender with a bowl of 1.25 l for making fruit and vegetable smoothies, smoothies, puree soups, baby food and sauces, a compact meat grinder and a through food processor that quickly cuts, grinds and rubs products. And if the food processor has three discs (double-sided for slicing, medium-fine grater and double-sided for grinding), then the manufacturer, unfortunately, was greedy on the equipment of the meat grinder - you get only one disc for minced meat.

But Bosch should be praised for the thoughtful little things that greatly improve the user experience of the device. Removable attachments and accessories are dishwasher safe. The compartment for the cord makes it easy to store the harvester. The engine starts smoothly to avoid splashing of liquids and loose ingredients. Rubber feet provide stability and prevent slipping on the surface. The auto-parking mode stops the attachments at the back of the bowl to make it easier to add ingredients. And overload protection extends the life of the motor.
