I bought it for my boy for the summer season. We started our acquaintance with bicycle technology a long time ago, sitting on a balance bike at the age of two years and three months. At first it was a bulky but stable plastic vehicle, then they switched to a two-wheeled metal one. After that, we had an Azimut two-wheeled bicycle with twelve-inch wheels, which lasted two years and was given to relatives in a tolerable condition. The choice of a new, now sixteen-inch warhorse for my tomboy was quite simple - they are looking for no good and we took such a model from the same manufacturer. I must say that the manufacturer did not disappoint. The first thing that pleasantly surprised the new bike was the complete absence of a strong smell of synthetic rubber from tires. On the old bike, this problem was and this unpleasant smell went away for a long time. And the rest is still the same good old Azimut Stitch with its advantages and disadvantages. The steel frame is strong but heavy. However, if last year and the year before last the weight could be critical, now it is rather a plus. The kid needs to bleed energy somewhere. The seat is quite comfortable, it, like the steering wheel, can be adjusted both in height and in the angle of inclination. The chain protection is good, the clothes do not smear and less debris gets into the chain itself. The rear wheels are already useless for us. It would be wise not to sell it as a kit, but to make it an additional option. The rear shield, when driving intensively on wet surfaces, misses some of the spray, with all the ensuing consequences. Mom was very unhappy with this design feature. |
