model with serious flaws

After half a year of use, a rather expensive chair (took for 7 thousand) was washed down to plywood. The hangers are also stretched to the frame. The gas lift stopped holding, I lower it every two days. The seams are still holding, it pleases, but the leatherette from the seat completely peeled off somewhere in a year and a half. From the armrests, the coating also slowly began to peel off.
In fairness, I want to say that for the first half of the year I was quite pleased with the chair. It wobbled a bit on the gas lift, but I could deal with that. Otherwise, the back really stopped hurting after the computer. Now it hurts ... Sorry, the fifth point, because. the filler of the seat was washed down to plywood.
Regarding the operating conditions: I treat all my devices and furniture with care, I wipe it, I don’t throw it, I don’t knock on it with anything. But at the same time I use a computer and a chair for it quite a lot. So if you sit down at the computer for a couple of hours a day, play in the evening after work - maybe it will really live for you for 3-4 years. If active use is expected (I can easily have 6-10 hours a day), it is better to get something more durable or change such chairs every six months. But it will obviously not be 7 thousand.
