A good processor, with built-in video, for undemanding games and home use. From the games Heroes 5 (maximum speed), World of Tank - above average (50-70 fps), Master of Orion (maximum speed). At the moment (September 22, 2021) the best processor is with built-in graphics, in the current price / capacity. I've been coring the Ryzen 3350g PRO for only a few days, but I've already done a lot of tests, and I'm satisfied with the purchase. I've built a mini PC on a light base, and a shorter processor at the moment - just no. And now more specific: - in fact, ryzen 3400g, only 2 times cheaper! - troch of broken frequencies - broken graphics In 2 stores, I was advised to buy the same processor, for the reason that - I have a motherboard maker - without declaring the support of the second processor. I especially put yoga on the B450 msi gaming plus AC, and it crashed without updating the bios. Since the architecture is Zen +, and you really want to buy the 3350 yourself and not the 3400, then just know the motherboard of the 3400 - and your 3350 can start up, they have one architecture. Do not think that this processor is the ultimate gaming option - no. It's good for esports on the middle ones, as well as projects with good optimization for Radeon graphics, for example Dirt rally 2.0, in FullHD, on the middle-ultra, and fps in the region of 35 - 55 ultra shows the result a little better than 45 - 65 fps, which is why the "embedding" here was a pleasant surprise for me.) I recommend yogo - especially like a PC for the Internet and robots, and even if it's tanks for CS, even for 3800 UAH - here, in fact, it's good 4 cores 8 streams - and the graphics are normal. I do not recommend this model at all.
I only know a small part of my history. For half a year, I had as many as 4 processor data, due to marriage and warranty replacements, it does not hold the declared frequencies, does not hold the load, there was even a copy that went into throttling from the box, returned immediately under warranty (each case for 14-28 days in guarantee) there were stones that, under load, threw off frequencies up to 3.4 GHz and without overheating. Refunded and happy with it. At the time of purchase this summer 2020, it was very much for 4k with its capabilities, now the price is from 4.5, I wouldn’t even look at it, except maybe in an uber office. When we talk about the universal coolness of most Ryzen processors, we usually praise performance, rejoice at a bunch of cores and new features like PCI-E 4.0. And only occasionally does the conversation mention the rather cool integrated AMD Vega graphics, which turned the existence of the Intel HD platform into one big joke. But there is one catch, this pleasure costs money, and in the presence of a powerful external graphics card, few people need a second internal one. And there is no demand — there is no supply, so finding a powerful Ryzen with Vega on board is another challenge.
an old friend is better than two new ones
The situation was partially saved by the “new” Ryzen 5 3350G PRO, which actually belongs to the previous Picasso generation and is actually a slightly improved version of the old Ryzen 5 2400G from the Raven Ridge family. It uses the same 4 cores with multithreading enabled and a free multiplier, the same Vega 11 graphics, and the same modest 4MB L3 cache. In fact, the technical process has improved (it was 14 nm, it became 12 nm) and the frequency increased a little during auto-acceleration. At the same time, the difference in price is almost twofold, for the old 2400G in some stores they ask for almost $300 and this is the complete opposite of the concept of adequate pricing.
Performance graphics core
Thanks to the 65 W TDP, the Ryzen 5 3350G PRO will allow you to assemble a system on an AM4 socket in a small case, say, for a compact gaming computer — even with the bundled Wraith Stealth cooler, which is quite quiet and very efficient. In principle, a graphics card is not needed, since the built-in Vega 11 core, if desired, allows you to get acquainted with most of the current games at low graphics settings and 1080p resolution. In terms of performance, this is almost the level of the GT 1030, which, although it lacked stars from the sky, confidently ran any eSports games and did not die when Far Cry 5 was launched.
