The Alpine CDA-9857R is a CD receiver in which Alpine has invested the basic principles of its philosophy - uncompromising sound quality and ease of operation. The receiver is equipped with a proprietary Ai-NET bus, which allows you to connect additional sources, such as a CD or DVD changer, and using the KCA-420i interface, an iPod player.
Navigating your MP3 collections and finding the songs you want is quick and easy thanks to the Quick Search feature. The presence of three pairs of line outputs allows you to connect external amplifiers for front, rear channels and subwoofers. Traditionally, Alpine receivers provide the ability to connect an interface that allows you to control the main functions from the standard remote control buttons on the steering wheel of many car models, and the receiver is also equipped with an output for connecting a standard car display. For the first time for Alpine CD/MP3 receivers, the CDA-9857R model supports Russian fonts. When playing MP3 files from discs or from a connected iPod, Russian file names and ID3 tags will be correctly displayed on the display.
