The surface stopped working after 3 years. I took it to the service center indicated as authorized by Whirlpool. After 2 months of unsuccessful repairs, I called Whirpool support and found out that out of 4 authorized service centers there was only one left. I took the surface to this service where they told me that I needed to change the board and announced the cost of this board (a month later and only after calling support) 9800 UAH. The cost of a new surface on the Internet is currently 7240 UAH. I've been without a stove for 4 months. Draw conclusions, the warranty is only 12 months. I will never deal with Whirlpool again!
