In the summer with the family we go to the country. My children and wife spend about two months there, but I can’t afford such a luxury, so I’m with them for a couple of weeks, and the rest of the time I’m in the city, and I take my mother-in-law to the dacha. In general, spending the summer outside the city, in a house on the edge of a large forest where it is always cool, mushrooms and berries, is a good idea. But on the other hand, for comfort for two months, you need normal kitchen appliances and a washing machine. There is an activator washing machine, the electric stove also doesn’t seem to fail, but this year the wife asked to buy an electric oven. It is reasonable, given that children are very fond of their mother's homemade cakes, and in the summer there is an opportunity to make pies with the freshest fruits / vegetables. When choosing a model, I didn’t swing much, after all, the stove is seasonal, I don’t really need it at home. Therefore, I took such an inexpensive option. Among low-cost electric furnaces, enameled insides are not common. But I found just such a model. Enamel means durability, hygiene and easy cleaning. And it's just beautiful. You can cook in it in three modes: bottom heating (baking cookies and thin dough, baking vegetables), top heating (gives a golden crust) and mixed heating when all heaters are on (for thick dough and large pieces of meat). So it turns out that such an oven is just as versatile as our home, built-in and three times more expensive. It turns on by a timer that can be set for a maximum of 90 minutes. During this summer season, the situation, when an hour and a half was not enough, arose only once, when the wife started cooking homemade boiled pork. Then the meat was baked for more than two hours. There is a backlight. The glass on the door is single, so it heats up very strongly and you can easily get burned on it. Also, this oven can not be moved close to the wall. It has holes at the back for the exit of hot air, so with a well-heated oven there, the heat will also be healthy. |
