A compact electric oven from a fairly well-known and popular Turkish brand Asel. It has an attractive retro design and mechanical control and can serve as a good solution for a relatively small kitchen. My wife and son and I moved to the suburbs, closer to my work, which actually feeds the whole family. I even liked it, the air is cleaner, there are no faceless crowds of citizens always hurrying, and in general life is different, more measured. There were also significant disadvantages, one of which was the lack of gasification. Wood heating is quite an acceptable option, especially since wood can only be added to a modern solid fuel boiler two to three times a day. But without gas in the kitchen it is difficult, so we bought a gas hob and import bottled gas. But it is impractical to make an oven on bottled gas and we bought such an electric oven. Does a good job of baking and baking. It has two powerful air heating elements and they can work together or each separately, the mode is selected using the corresponding knob on the front panel. There is also a thermostat setting and a timer for an hour and a half with an audible signal. Mostly my wife uses the oven, but I also sometimes do culinary experiments and turn it on a couple of times. Heats up fairly quickly and heats evenly. But there are some features, such as overestimation of the real temperature, and they need to be taken into account. Then the potatoes will bake perfectly (my first experiment) and the baked apples will not burn, and the apple pie that we cooked with my son on Mother's Day will turn out delicious. Budget "sticks out of all the cracks." The metal from which it is made is very thin, just some kind of tin. The size of the oven seems rather big, but the weight for such a volume is quite small. So in no case should you apply great physical effort to the door or to other structural elements. The first launch turned out to be "with a smell." That is, it was not just a smell, but a real stench throughout the apartment. Later, I learned that all electric ovens smell like this when you first start it, and there should be a separate paragraph in the instructions about this feature. But the instructions for this oven were short and crumpled, there was not a word about this. |
It took a long time to choose which model to purchase. There were several options. But they bought Acel 123 red for 40 liters. And they didn't fail.
